On the day of your appointment, one of our professional, courteous drivers will arrive on time in a clean, smoke-free vehicle to safely transport you.

We make sure you reach your destination comfortably, and we’re ready to assist with return trips as needed.

2. Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
At this time, we do not bill Medicaid or Medicare directly. Services are private-pay, and we provide transparent pricing before each trip.

3. How do I schedule a ride?
You can schedule a ride by calling us at 757-202-0164 or emailing nemt@carolynfamilyservices.com. Advance scheduling is recommended, but we do our best to accommodate same-day needs.

4. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve clients across Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm if we serve your location.

5. Are your vehicles smoke-free?
Yes. All of our vehicles are completely smoke-free. For the safety and comfort of our clients, there is absolutely no smoking of any kind permitted.

6. Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes, one companion is welcome to ride along at a small additional cost.

7. How are your drivers trained?
Our drivers are professional, courteous, and trained in safety and customer care to ensure every ride is a positive experience.

8. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
