We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded insurance programs. All transportation services are arranged on a private pay basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety, timeliness, and comfort of our clients, Carolyn Family Services, LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to schedule transportation with sufficient time to meet medical or personal appointments.
